摘要: To facilitate the adaptation to sea sickness on sailing, this study assess the training effects of three selected inner ear equilibrium function enhancing related exercises. Thirty healthy male recruits (age 20.27±0.58 yr, height 169.2±5.32cm and weight 60.5±7.34kg) were enrolled and divided into three groups: running training (RT) group, running and rope jumping training (RRJT) group. and running and rolling training (RRT) group. Each subject was trained for a 3-week period. Caloric test was performer before and after the training in order to evaluate the duration. frequency of nystagmus and associated symptoms. Blind-folded stepping test was implemented to evaluate rotating angle and displacement of the body. Data were statistically analyzed by Students' t-test. one-way ANOVA and Chi-square test. The results conclude that: (1) Either RRJT group or RRT group are preferable to RT group in nystagmus time endurance (P<.05). (2) The RRJT group are preferable to either RT group or RRT group in nystagmus frequency endurance (P<.05).
This study suggests that RRJT is able to improve navy soldier to enhance inner ear equilibrium function, and the subsidence of sea sickness can be anticipated.
