    摘要: 本研究的目的在探討黃耆建中湯對柔道選手肌力與肌耐力的影響。實驗中以新民商工高中組柔道選手為對象,男生16名女生8名,採分層隨機分組的方法,分為(一)實驗組:服用黃耆建中湯,(二)服用安慰劑。實驗期間為五週,分前、後二次測量,以Kin-Com等速測力器評估選手下肢肌力與肌耐力。結果以配對T檢定、變異數分析方法、單純主要效果比較進行分析。研究結果顯示,服用黃耆建中湯可以使下肢等速肌力伸展角速度、屈曲角速度力矩上升,證實黃耆建中湯對肌力有提升之效果。
    The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of Huang-Qi-Jian-Zhong- Tang on the muscle strength and endurance in Judo athletes. The Judo athletes of this study were chosen from senior high school. They were divided into an experimental and a control group. In the experimental group, the athletes took the powder of Huang-Qi-Jian-Zhong-Tang during the experiment period. In the control group, the athletes took the placebo. The research took 5 weeks to complete. Muscle strength and endurance of quadriceps and hamstrings of right lower limb were measured using a Kin-Com dynamometer. Analysis of variance was applied for data analysis. The results of this experiment indicated that Huang-Qii-Jian-Zhong-Tang treatment increased the concentric knee extensor strength and the concentric knee flexor strength. These findings suggests that Huang-Qi-Jian-Zhong-Tang treatment is effective in increasing muscle strength.
