    摘要: 本研究以動態競爭理論觀點、網絡理論作為理論基礎,並藉由觀察網絡中心性及網絡結構洞,以頗析航空公司在競爭網絡與合作網絡中,廠商之中心性與結構洞位置,是否會影響其績效;本研究選擇競合鑲嵌密切之全球載客航空產業為研究對象,最終選定全球54大航空公司作為樣本。本研究使用結構內容法進行資料庫建立,蒐集2,953則新聞與8年期間432筆觀察值,並建立合作網絡與競爭網絡共16個網絡,並觀察其中2862比對偶關係,最終以階層迴歸模型分析;本研究發現在合作網絡中,中心性較高之廠商,對其績效有正向影響;在競爭網絡方面,競爭中心性較高之廠商,對其績效為負向影響,而競爭網絡結構洞位置對廠商則有正向之影響;本研究試圖透過競合網絡探究動態競爭之可能性,並將動態競爭研究延伸至全球市場,試圖補足先前文獻較少見同時針對競爭與合作關係同時探討與針對航空產業進行全球性分析,以彌補文獻之不足,也能適度提供實務之思考觀點。
    In recent years, with the trend of globalization, the demand for international passenger air transport is increasing in the global market. The international carrier Airlines (hereinafter referred to as the airlines) have complemented their own weaknesses and strengthened their own ability in various modes of cooperation, and get a stronger information flow from it. This study is based on the theory of dynamic competition, the concept of heart and structure holes in the theory of dynamic competition, and the concept of heart and structure in the theory of network structure as the theoretical basis. This study selects the global carrier aviation industry as the research object and identifies the 54 largest carrier airlines in the world as the research sample, which is mainly taken from Aero Transport Databank (ATDB), China civil aviation network (CAAC) and Google news, collect the competitive behavior of a total of 8 years from 2009 to 2016. This study uses the structure content method to carry out a total of 2,953 news and 8 years in a total of 432 observations with a hierarchical regression model. The relationship between contention and cooperation extends to the international market and uses the network viewpoint to explore the competing behavior between firms in the international market, complements the rare analysis of the previous literature on competition and cooperation and less global analysis of the aviation industry, this study is focused on the manufacturers. The position in the cooperation-competitive network, whether centrality or structural holes, can make up for the deficiencies of the past literature and provide some practical thinking.
