| 摘要: | 2001年國際壘球總會（ISF）為增加比賽的刺激性，完成新規則修訂，其中重要修訂內容包括投手投球距離由12.19公尺延長至13.11公尺，全壘打距離加長，由原先60.96公尺延至67.06公尺。我國於九十一年社會組實施新規則；為了解新規則的實施對比賽的影響，本研究以九十年春、秋季七十九場聯賽（舊制）與九十一年夏、秋季五十四場聯賽（新制）為研究依據，探討新規則對選手攻擊成績的影響，並以獨立樣本t考驗分析其差異性，顯著水準為α＝.05。研究發現新規則的實施後：（一）較舊制顯著的增加犧牲打（29.48%）、得分數（35.00%）、打點數（43.19%）、三壘安打（263.64%）、壘打數（18.36%）、盜壘（71.19%）、盜壘刺殺（53.52%）等項目表現；（二）較舊制顯著減少的有二壘安打（43.65%）、三振方面（23.40%）；而在四壞球、觸身球、全壘打、上壘率、打擊率、打數等項目與舊制未達顯著差異水準。從與日本的紀錄相比較的結果，發現在三振、四壞球、二壘安打、全壘打、盜壘等項目變化之趨勢，台灣與日本並不一致，建議對新規則實施之效應繼續追蹤，觀察後續之發展。
For enhancing the excitement of competition, the International softball federation renewed some rules in 2001. Among these modifications, the distance between pitcher and home base increased from 12.17m up to 13.11m, and the homerun distance increased from 60.96m up to 67.06m.The national softball federation started to adopt the new rules in 2002.In order to investigate the effects of these new rules toward offense in competitions, 97 old rule game records of 2001 were compared with 54 new rule game records of 2002. Collected data were tested by independent t with an alpha of 0.05.The results were: 1. Significant increase rates of sacrifices, runs, runs bated In, three base hits, total bases on safe hits, stolen bases, caught steal in were 29.48%, 35.00%, 43.19%, 263.64%, 18.36%,71.19%,53.52% respectively. 2. Significant decrease rates of two base hits and strike out were 43.64% and 23.40%. No significances were found in base on balls, hit by pitched, home runs, on base percentage, batting average and at bat records between new and old rule records. By comparing Japanese results, different tendency was found in strike out, base on balls, two base hits, home runs, and home runs records between Taiwan and Japan. It is suggested that more studies are required to identify the new rule effects. |
