Abstract:	本研究以CAFIAS系統觀察法分析在游泳教學中體育教師與學生間的互動行為，在資料整理後，得到以下結論：一、體育教師在游泳教學中，以直接影響為主，教師行為佔68.68%，學生行為佔25.50%，比例接近2.70。二、教師行為以口語表達為主，主要集中於給予訊息，佔30.60%，顯示該教師注重於提供學生訊息。三、學生行為以非口語表達為主，對教師理解性的行為最高，佔14.27%，顯示學生努力練習教師所教的游泳技能。 This research applied CAFIAS system observation method to analyze the interactive behavior between physical education teacher and students in swimming teaching, and concluded as fallows: (1) Physical education teacher is focused to direct influence in swimming teaching, in which the teacher behavior made up 68.68% and student behavior made up 25.50%, the percentage is close to 2.70. (2) Teacher behavior is based on oral expression and centered on giving information 30.60%, which shows that the teacher is focused on giving information to student. (3) Student behavior is based on non-oral expression, and the highest behavior is the understanding of teacher 14.27%, which shows that students practice hard for the swimming skill taught by teacher.
