Abstract:	旋轉式鉛球投擲技術相對於背向滑步式鉛球投擲技術，有幾個優勢，包括：讓選手產生較大的身體重心水平速度；較長的鉛球投擲路徑讓選手產生較大的整體力量；增加的速度及旋轉力矩讓選手發揮較適當的力量。旋轉式鉛球投擲技術是以類似鐵餅投擲的方式在投擲圈內旋轉，從持球開始，本文將整個旋轉式鉛球投擲技術動作流程大略分爲：一、預備動作（雙腳支撐）；二、跨步動作（左腳支撐）；三、飛程動作（無支撐）；四、旋轉傳遞動作（右腳支撐）；五、最後用力動作（投擲）；六、回復平衡動作（迴旋）。除此之外，本文包含實用的教學與練習步驟：一、跨步旋轉觸牆練習；二、原地360度旋轉練習；三、180度轉向旋轉練習；四、二分之一旋轉練習。 Compared with gliding shot put technique, rotational shot put technique has some advantages including exerting greater horizontal velocities of body mass, having longer throwing path to generate greater power and increasing velocities and rotational toque to develop appropriate strength. Rotational shot put technique resemble discus throw in rotating body in the throwing circle. The technological processes of shot put were divided into six motions as following: 1. The stance and start (Double feet support); 2. The entry (Left foot support); 3. The flight (No support); 4. The delivery (Right foot support); 5. The thrust (Throw); 6. The recovery (Follow-through). Besides, this article includes practical steps of teaching and practicing as following: 1. Entry wall-touch; 2. 360-degree turns; 3. 180-degree turns; 4. Half turn.
