敏捷能力是所有運動皆須具備的重要能力之一。目的:本研究目的藉由節奏性視覺刺激進行移位測驗,比較側移反應時間之差異作為敏捷性分析。方法:研究招募12名大專一級男子排球選手,利用自製紅外線光遮斷器及LabView儀控軟體,進行20次移位測驗,實驗結果以SPSS 18.0統計軟體進行成對樣本t檢定。結果:前10次的平均移位反應時間(1.15±0.09秒)顯著的少於後10次的平均移位反應時間(1.24±0.11秒)(p<.05)。結論:提升選手的節奏感與敏捷性是比賽致勝的關鍵能力,此項移位測驗可供教練先進設計訓練計劃的參考。
The aim of the study was to compare the differences of the reaction time as agility analysis, the movement test was used be experimental method in the study. Methods: Twelve health students (All male) were to participate in the research. The results were analyzed statistically by using paired t-test method for SPSS 18.0. Results: The reaction time of the first ten times was shorter than the one of the second ten times (1.15±0.09 sec vs. 1.24±0.11 sec). Conclusions: The improvements of rhythm and agility are the keys of winning, and the test can be provided a reference to coaches to design the training plan.
