在競爭激烈的柔道比賽過程中,運動能力的高度維持是獲得勝利的主要關鍵之一,其中運動性疲勞的影響則是重要的因素。本文從能量供給觀點,對柔道比賽,其運動性疲勞產生的原因、機轉作出探討。並提出延緩運動性疲勞的方法,以及對疲勞產生後的消除,作出建議方案,以期對於柔道運動選手在比賽場上,對於運動性疲勞的預防及消除有所幫助。
During the competition of Judo, the one of key elements to win the game is to highly maintain one's exercising capability, the exercise fatigue being the most crucial factor. The purpose of paper is to explore the cause-and-effect of the exercising capability and the transformation of energy in the Judo. Besides, the research provides ways of postponing the exercise fatigue and deleting the fatigue in order to help Judo competition prevent from and throw away the exercise fatigue during the competition.
