本研究目的在分析亞洲青年柔道選手獲勝時間的情形,以期瞭解亞洲地區青年柔道競技之節奏,並作為日後訓練之參考;本研究對象為參加2005年亞洲青年柔道錦標賽之隊伍,共計有22個國家175位選手之對戰賽程,其資料係搜集大會競賽組所記錄之競賽紀錄表副本為依據,共計有16個量級235場次;研究結果發現,隨著不同時段的增加,其獲勝場次有增長的趨勢;在不同勝別上,一勝獲勝場次平均不到2分鐘;另外,在不同賽程和技術等變項與獲勝時間上,亦皆有顯著的差異存在。綜觀整體而言,藉由本研究結果的呈現,希望讓柔道競賽與獲勝時間之特性能有更清楚的輪廓,期能提供教練做為日後體能訓練、戰術應用,或後續研究之參考。
The purpose of this study was to analyze the winning time distribution of young Asian Judo players to acquire game-winning rhythm for training strategy setting. The performance data of 175 players from 22 countries in the Young Judo Conference 2005 were included for this study. The results showed that the win was proportional to the increase of different sessions and the ”IPPON” lasted less than 2 mins in average. In addition, there was significance in winning time and different game formats and skills. Overall speaking, the characteristic of winning time and different games of Judo players presented in this study can be applied for Judo conditioning, game strategy setting and research later on.
