    Abstract: Via precise, unitd and systematic physical fitness tests, and treat with description and accounting, we may evaluate the testers location of that group, and to realize whose physical ability level. By this, the students and parents could be aware of physical fitness and be willing to participate in. The patterns thus established could also being provided as reference of set up concerning policy by the authority, which are indeedly meaningful. In 1996, Ministry of Education has entrusted Chinese Cultural university to perform a big scale of test, which include all the country's elementary schools and high schools. Under the whole nation's education administrative system and support from every school, finally accomplished this important mission. We look forward to seeing the countrymen's attention to the physical ability for our next generation, and then, a country's competition power are increased as well as life quality are thus increased.
