    摘要: 本研究旨在設計一套具有實用性的夜市觀光華語教學方案,使台灣華語文學習者能實際應用在日常生活中,並提供未來華語文教學者參考。本研究採質性研究方法並以ADDIE為模式,透過分析、設計、發展、實施、評鑑為過程進行教學研究,在課前以問卷分析學習者興趣和對夜市理解認知,設計夜市小吃、交通、買賣溝通三項課程主題,共進行三次課程,在課中以研究者的課堂觀察記錄,和觀課教師的學習成效評量表,了解學生學習情況,並進行兩次教學方案修改,三次課程結束後,最終進行學生訪談和課堂評鑑表,完成夜市觀光華語文教學方案。
    研究結果顯示:
    一、 學習者對台灣夜市課程學習興趣提升: 學生訪談回饋中對課程評價皆為正面,課堂評鑑表的滿意度評鑑,滿分20分中,三次課程各獲得19、18、19分,顯示學生對本次課程學習興趣和滿意度很高。
    二、 學習者台灣夜市課程學習成效達成:從問卷結果和學習成效評量表、課堂評鑑表對比分析,學生在「溝通對話」、「認知理解」、「閱讀書寫」技能提升。「溝通對話」由10分-18 分,「認知理解」由11分-14分,「閱讀書寫」由8分-18分。
    The purpose of this study is to design a practical, Chinese language teaching program on night-market tourism that allows Chinese language learners in Taiwan to apply their studies to their daily lives, and to provide a reference for future Chinese language teachers. This study applied the ADDIE model and conducted teaching research through analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Prior to class, questionnaire analysis was employed to determine learners’ interests and knowledge of night markets. Three class topics were designed: night market food, transportation, and purchasing communication. Three courses were conducted; researchers observed and recorded each of these courses, and a teacher observation learning effectiveness assessment scale was used to understand the status of student learning. In addition, the teaching program was revised twice, and after the three courses were completed, student interviews were conducted, and a classroom evaluation table was constructed to complete the Chinese language teaching program on night market tourism.
    The results of this study show the following:
    1. Learners’ exhibited increased learning interest in the Taiwanese night market class: Course assessments provided in student interview feedback were all positive. In the classroom assessment table, with regard to the 20-point satisfaction scale, the three courses received 19 points, 18 points, and 19 points, respectively. This shows that students were extremely interested in and satisfied with these courses.
    2. Learners achieved learning success in the Taiwanese night market course: It is evident from a comparative analysis of the questionnaire results, the learning efficacy assessment table, and the classroom assessment table that students improved with regard to the following skills: “communication and conversation,” “cognitive understanding,” and “reading and writing.” “Communication and conversation” increased from 10 points to 18 points, “cognitive understanding” from 11 points to 14 points, and “reading and writing” from 8 to 18 points.
