減少一道車工降低總體industrial engineering(IE)值是每一家成衣廠絞盡腦汁所想要辦到的。本研究將探討最佳化熱轉印標加工條件達到減少燙印時間的目的。
本研究採用上海西文服飾(以下簡稱SML)和成美商標織造股份有限公司所提供的熱轉印標進行研究,在經過水洗牢度測試、灰色標評級和恆溫烘箱模擬成衣海運測試後,結果顯示在固定壓力(3kg)的條件下兩家的熱轉印標燙印在紙印花布種上SML熱轉印標較佳的使用條件為100℃、7秒成美熱轉印標較佳的使用條件為100℃、9秒。
Reducing industrial engineering (IE) is the very achievement that any garment manufacturer trying their best to do. This thesis means to inquire how to reduce IE through analyzing the processing conditions of Heat Transfer Printing Label that SML and ChengMei provide.
After Color fastness to washing, Color fastness to washing and Constant Temperature Oven Simulation at Garment Shipping tests, we learn to know the best processing condition on paper stencil printing fabric with the rigid pressure (3kg), for SML is 100℃-7 seconds, 100℃-9 seconds for ChengMei.
