Factory in order to consistentcy, if it is 100% polyester, pre-heat setting is 180℃, if it have spandex, pre-heat setting is 195℃, so this study focus on massive fabric, set different pre-heat setting and evaluate it. If it reduce pre-heat setting temperature that can cut costs from pre-heat setting. Fabric A(100%Polyester, Double Jersey)、Fabric C(100%Polyester, Single Jersey) under pre-heat setting 170℃,width、weight、Steaming shrinkage、Washing color fastness all meets the standard of pre-heat setting 180℃, fabric B(89%polyester 11%spandex) cause have spandex, need high temperature, only 195 meets the standard and Washing color fastness is bad when the pre-heat setting temperature is low.
