    Title: 個人-工作契合、工作敬業心與組織認同之相關研究-以臺北市政府捷運工程局為例

    Abstract: 本研究的主要概念,乃期望了解員工與個人-工作契合、工作敬業心與組織認同等三者之間的關係。希望藉由研究結果,提供組織對員工之工作契合、工作敬業心有更深一層的了解,以利加強同仁的組織認同、進而增進績效,並將研究成果供學術界參考。研究程序係對臺北市政府捷運工程局及所屬工程處員工發放問卷,共計發放問卷604份,並回收問卷515份,扣除無效問卷17份,最後共得有效問卷498份,有效問卷回收率為96.70%。
      研究結果顯示,個人-工作契合度、工作敬業心及員工組織認同彼此間具有顯著正相關;組織認同在員工個人-工作契合度、工作敬業心間具有部分中介效果。
    he main concept of this study is the desire to understand the relationship between employees and individual-work engagement, work dedication, and organizational identification. Through the research results, it provides a deeper understanding of the organization's work engagement and work dedication, in order to strengthen the organization's recognition of the employees and further enhance their performance, and to provide research results for the academic community. The research program distributed questionnaires to the Taipei City Government MRT Engineering Bureau and its affiliated engineering office staff. A total of 604 questionnaires were distributed and recovered, and 515 questionnaires were collected, 17 invalid questionnaires were deducted, and 498 valid questionnaires were finally obtained. The rate is 96.70%.
      The results of the study show that there is a significant positive correlation between Person-Job Fit、Work engagement and Organizaitonal Identification. Organizaitonal Identification has a partial mediating effect on employee's personal-job fit and work engagement.
