Abstract:	巴國是一個新興國家，國內之自然資源豐富，經濟發展潛力較大，國內之經濟發展主要是以農業為主，農業佔巴國經濟34%，主要出口有礦產、農產：咖啡、可可、椰乾、棕油、橡膠、木材與海產等。因此，本研究探討新興國家巴國首家農民金融機構導入模式之建構，以資訊系統成功模式、理性行動理論與交易成本理論為理論基礎，問卷調查法為研究方法，並以結構方程模式(SEM)作為統計分析。研究結論將建構巴國首家農民金融機構之導入模式、對巴國首家農民金融機構提出主要之策略方向與研究成果概念可以應用於第三世界國家。 B country is an emerging country with rich natural resources and great potential for economic development. Domestic economic development is mainly based on agriculture. Agriculture accounts for 34% of B country's economy. It mainly exports minerals and agricultural products: coffee, cocoa, Copra, palm oil, rubber, wood, and seafood. Therefore, this study explores the construction of the import model of the first peasant financial institution in the emerging countries of B country, based on the theory of information system success model, rational action theory and transaction cost theory. The questionnaire survey method is the research method and the structural equation model (SEM) as a statistical analysis. The result will be the establishment of the import model for the first peasant financial institution in B country and the successful strategy for providing the first peasant financial institution in B country and the concept of research results can be applied to third-world countries.
