    Abstract: 本研究主要就人口結構高齡化與銀行存放利差日益縮減下,在新金融業務與改善退休後老年生活之基本原則下,以及配合政府政策推行「十年長照」相關養老貸款型商品開發,研究高齡化社會之金融商品-台灣逆向抵押貸款型房貸之研究。
    探討銀行行員對逆向抵押貸款之行銷意願,以資訊系統成功模式、期望確認理論與計畫行為理論為理論基礎,問卷調查法為研究方法,並以結構方程模式(SEM)作為統計分析。
    研究結論將建構銀行行員對逆向抵押貸款行銷意願之推動模式、提供銀行行行員對逆向抵押貸款行銷意願之策略方向與本研究成果概念可以應用於其他銀髮族產業-長期照護(Long-term care, LTC)之政策上。
    This study mainly focuses on the ageing of population structure and the increasingly narrowing of interest rates in bank deposits, under the basic principles of new financial services and improvement of retirement old age, and in line with government policies to promote the development of 10-year long-term pension-related commodities. Research on the financial products of the aging society - Reverse Mortgage Loans in Taiwan.
    The bank member’s willingness to market reverse mortgage loans was explored. The theoretical basis of the information system's success model, expectation confirmation theory and project behavior theory was used. The questionnaire survey method was the research method, and the structural equation model (SEM) was used as the statistical analysis.
    The conclusions of the study will establish the promotion model for bank member’s willingness to market reverse mortgage loans, provide the direction of banker member’s willingness to market reverse mortgage loans and the concept of this research result can be applied to other policies of the Long-term care (LTC).
