Abstract: | 我國在2014年正式宣布為「社企元年」,由政府主導與推動「社會企業」,透過政策鼓勵非營利組織轉型或讓一般企業在追求獲利之餘亦能兼顧社會價值,朝向社會企業的思維邁進。一種以結合社會價值與創新商業模式的新型態在國內逐漸興起,擴大了公民參與,並解決社會與環境問題。
社會企業一個新穎的觀念在臺灣土地生根與發芽,在社會使命的驅使下,參與了商業環境的競爭,想要永續經營,其商業模式絕對是重要的課題。綠點能創公司在全球暖化議題逐漸受到重視的今日,於2016年經濟部商業司登記為社會企業,且榮獲經濟部評選為青年創業成功宣導案例,是一個致力於用創新的方式,擴大新能源普及的公司。本研究以綠點能創公司為個案探討社會企業的商業模式,以Alexander Osterwalder & Yves Pigneur合著的Business Model Generation中商業模式理論為基礎,探討社會企業實踐社會使命的商業模式。
期望透過本研究結果,分析出社會企業的商業模式,釐清綠點能創公司的競爭優勢、劣勢,並嘗試提出解決方案及做為社會企業創業者經營之參考。
The government announced that the 2014 is first year of “Social Enterprise”. To encourage Nonprofit Organization to do the business transformation or let enterprises not only think about profits but also consider more about “Social Value”, the govern-ment provided good program guidance to help them moving forward to achieve this goal. The combination of the “Social Value” and new “Business Model” is spring up in country.
“Social Enterprise” – A novel concept is ineradicable in Taiwan. The “Social Mis-sion” is pushing them to participate in the competition of hardest business environment. To be Sustainable Development, the “Business Model” definitely is a important task. Sunnyfounder has registered a “Social Enterprise” company to MOEA in 2016, due to the global warming topic. Sunnyfounder dedicates to innovate and expand the new clear energy to be popularized. This is a case study to research the “Business Model” of “Social Enterprise”. It is based on the theory of business model in “Business Model Generation” (by Alexander Osterwalder & Yves Pigneur) to investigate the business model which how social enterprises accomplish their social missions.
According to this case study to analyze the business model of Social Enterprise and clarify the competitive advantage and disadvantage of Sunnyfounder, also provide the solution for the reference to new social enterprise managers. |
