本論文除試圖想要探討國內自立生活方案實施服務之內容及過程；研究方法也使用深入訪談法。訪談甲機構自立生活方案規劃的社工組長1人以及實際服務少年的實務工作社工人員計3人，合計4人，以探討國內某機構少年自立生活方案實施之現況分析的結果。主要發現有：
1、機構的理念。
2、離院少年的需求。
3、自立方案的服務。
4、少年自立能力的改變。
5、自立方案實施的成效。
最後，本論文依據上述研究結果，提出下列方向，例如：1、自立觀念及服務需再建立與倡導；2、從經驗做省思讓自立服務更創新；3、自立少年做中學累積能力展翅飛；4、少年自立歷程的分享；5、自立生活方案的服務；6、社工人員的服務；7、安置機構的服務；8、對政府單位政策的訂定等建議。
This study is aiming to understand the origin, objective and service contents of National Independent Living Program to analyze the implementation process as well as evaluate its effectiveness. It utilizes the method of in-depth interview to work with one of the team of the program including the team leader and three on-site social workers. The objects of this study are (1) the organizational philosophy, (2) the needs of care leaver juveniles from the adolescent placement, (3) services provided by the Independent Program, (4) changes in adolescents' independent abilities after the services and (5) evaluation of the effectiveness of the independent program.
Finally, based on the above research results, this essay proposes the recommendation on the service content of institutional management, independent program, and the effectiveness of program implementation, including: 1. The concept and service of independent living needs to be re-established and advocated; 2. Utilizing the experience to be more innovative on the service of Independent Living; 3. Indenpendent teenagers to accumulate their ability from on-job training; 4. Sharing the process of adolescent independent development; 5. Service of Independent Life Program; 6. The service of social workers; 7. Service of resettlement institutions; 8. Recommendation for the formulation of government policy.
