本研究的目的在結合徐瑞玉、盧俊宏(民90)之運動友誼質性研究結果與Weiss 和 Smith ( 1999 )的運動友誼品質量表( Sport Friendship Quality Scale; SFQS ) 編製一份中文版的青少年運動友誼品質量表。本研究以東南中學國中部、南崗國中、江翠國 中、育英國中、新光國中、向上國中、居仁國中、 溪南國中等學校運動代表隊, 共計 319 名(男= 169 人;女= 150 人)運動員為研究對象。利用事前質性研究所獲得的結果並參 考 Weiss 和 Smith ( 1999 )的運動友誼品質量表( Sport Friendship Quality Scale; SFQS )題目, 重新編製成一份具有 33 道題目之「運動友誼品質量表」施測於上述對象。 原始資料以項目分析、因素分析和 Cronbach α係數法檢驗其建構效度與信度。研究結果發 現,編製之後的中文版青少年運動友誼品質量表共有 24 道題目,且有七個因素構面,分別 命名為:一、「自尊的增進與支持」;二、「共同的想法與興趣」;三、「衝突」;四、「 衝突的化解」;五、「親密關係」;六、「情感的支持」;七、「互相幫忙和指導」;修訂 過後之新量表累積解釋變異量為 56.71 %。在信度方面,各量表的 Cronbach α係數在.53 至.71 之間,顯示本量表具有良好的建構效度與可靠的內部一致性。
The purpose of this study was to develop a Sport Friendship Quality Scale (SFQS). This study used Hsu & Lu (2001) qualitative results of sport friendship and combined with Weiss & Smith's (1999) Sport Friendship Quality Scale; (SFQS) and administered 319 junior student athletes (males = 169; females=150) with mean age of 14.4 (SD= ± 1). An exploratory factor analysis, item analysis, and Cronbach alpha methods were used to examine the validity and reliability of the scale. Results indicated that the Sport Friendship Quality Scale (SFQS) had 24 appropriate items with 7 subscales named "Self-Esteem Enhancement and Supportiveness," "Things and Interests in Common," "Conflict," "Resolution of Conflict," "Intimacy," "Emotional Support," and "Mutual Help and Guidance." Also, Cronbach alpha indicated that the 7 subscales with appropriate internal consistence; coefficients ranged from.53 to.71. In general, this study showed the newly developed Sport Friendship Quality Scale (SFQS) with acceptable validity and reliability. The authors suggested future research may apply SFQS to athletic settings and examined its relationship with sport motivation, sport enjoyment, and sportspersonship.
