    Abstract: 正向心理學的學術研究在舞蹈領域,是值得開發與探索的研究,本文試圖探討正向心理學的基本概念,應用於舞蹈課。本文題目訂為「舞蹈教學和正面心理學的應用」,希望可以呼籲大學生多參與舞蹈課,希望藉由舞蹈來發展正面心理的人格發展,讓每個人都是幸福的、快樂的、健康的。希望對於體育、舞蹈學術界有進一步的貢獻。
    Applying positive psychology in the area of dance is worthy of discussing. The purpose of the study was to discuss the basic concepts of positive psychology and its application in dance classes. This article was titled "the application of positive psychology in dance teaching" with an intension to appeal to collegiate students to participate in dance classes. We also hope to develop positive personality through dance classes so that everyone can be happy and healthy. It is expected that this essay may contribute to the field of physical education and dance.
