摘要: | 本研究主要在探討創造力融入認知重估訓練對情緒調控效果的影響。本研究自變項為訓練組別,區分為創造性認知重估、單純認知重估,及作為參照之控制組三個水準。依變項為參與者的正負向情緒、正負向思考及轉換思考視角。本研究邀請90位自願參與者進入實驗。研究程序分為三個階段。第一階段請參與者先完成正負向情感量表,作為情緒狀態基準,接著透過想像技術進行負向情緒誘發,並填寫第二次正負向情感量表。第二階段將參與者隨機分派至創造性認知重估組、單純認知重估組及控制組。各組實施不同訓練,創造性認知重估訓練教導參與者創造力技巧於認知重估的運用並練習;單純認知重估訓練則教導參與者認知重估技巧並練習運用;控制組則教導寓言故事的內涵,並要求參與者練習思考寓言故事之道理。第三階段是各組完成訓練後階段,請參與者針對先前回憶過產生負向情緒的生命事件,重新以不同的角度來進行思考,並將新的想法寫在轉換思考作業上,並再次填寫第三次正負向情感量表、思考產生作業、新編創造思考測驗。結果顯示,創造性認知重估訓練在提升正向情緒的效果上優於單純認知重估與控制組,但單純認知重估與控制組間無顯著差異;在降低負向情緒程度上,創造性認知重估與單純認知重估分數顯著低於控制組,而創造性認知重估與單純認知重估則無顯著差異;在正向思考層面上,創造性認知重估優於控制組,但創造性認知重估與單純認知重估、單純認知重估與控制組間無顯著差異;創造性認知重估訓練在降低負向思考數量的效果未優於單純認知重估與控制組;創造性認知重估在轉換思考視角的效果高於單純認知重估與控制組,而單純認知重估亦顯著高於控制組。本研究成果未來可應用於教育或諮商領域,對認知重估情緒調控訓練做出實質性的貢獻。
The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of cognitive reappraisal training on emotional regulation. The Independent variables were training groups, divided into three levels, Creative Cognitive Reappraisal, Cognitive reappraisal, and control groups. The Dependent variables were participants’ positive-negative emotions, positive-negative thinking, and covert thinking angles. The research invited ninety volunteers to participate this study. The study divided into three stages, the first stages was to let the participants finish the PANAS, as the baseline of emotional stage, and then use imaginary technique to trigger negative emotions and write the second-time PANAS. The second stage randomly assigned participants to the Creative Cognitive Reappraisal, Cognitive Reappraisal, and control groups. Each group had different trainings, the Creative Cognitive Reappraisal training group taught the participants creative techniques on Cognitive Reappraisal and made them put into practice. The Cognitive Reappraisal training group taught participants Cognitive Reappraisal and made them put into practice. The control groups taught the participants the content of fable and asked participants practice thinking the reason of fable. After all the groups finished the training, the third stage was to let the participants recall the negative emotion of life events, rethink in different ways, and wrote down the new thinking on the Convert Thinking Task, and wrote down the third time PANA, Convert Thinking and Thought-listing Task. The result shows that the Creative Cognitive Reappraisal was better than Cognitive Reappraisal and control groups on promoting the positive emotions, but the Cognitive Reappraisal and control groups had no significant difference. On decreasing the level of negative emotions, the Creative Cognitive Reappraisal and Cognitive Reappraisal had significantly lower than control group, but the Creative Cognitive Reappraisal and Cognitive Reappraisal had no significant difference. On the positive thinking, the Creative Cognitive Reappraisal was better than control group, but Creative Cognitive Reappraisal and Cognitive Reappraisal, Cognitive Reappraisal and control group had no significant difference. The effect on decreasing the negative thinking of Creative Cognitive Reappraisal was no better than Cognitive Reappraisal and control group. The effect on converting the negative thinking of Creative Cognitive Reappraisal was higher than Cognitive Reappraisal and control group, and the Cognitive Reappraisal was significantly higher than control group. The result of this study can use in educational and counseling area, and contribute to the Cognitive Reappraisal training on emotion regulation. |
