    題名: 人際退縮青少女團體手偶劇經驗之研究
    The Research of Interpersonal Experiences of Withdrawn Adolescent Girls in the Group Puppetry

    摘要:   本研究主要目的在於探討參與本研究之人際退縮青少女於團體手偶劇之經驗,與其參與團體手偶劇後人際困擾狀態之改變,以瞭解團體手偶劇於人際退縮青少女族群之適用性。
      本研究對象透過立意抽樣之抽取共計三位人際退縮青少女,介入方式為進行為期9次以手偶劇作為處遇方式之團體遊戲治療,每週進行90分鐘。研究者於團體前與結束後,分別與參與之青少女及其導師進行半結構之訪談,以質性研究中的內容分析法進行資料分析;並邀請青少女填寫「十一歲至十八歲青少年自陳報告表」與「中學生人際關係量表」,導師填寫「六歲至十八歲兒童-教師報告表」,作為量化資料之補充。研究結果說明如下:
    一、團體手偶劇作為人際退縮青少女之介入方法
      手偶能作為團體初期成員彼此互動的工具,團體手偶劇提供一定的心理與情緒距離,讓成員可以在遊戲的歷程中,透過手偶代言,針對自身人際困擾議題進行演出與分享,此方式對青少女而言,為較無壓力的方式,且手偶類別之選擇,於象徵意義上反映了青少女退縮與害羞的特質。
    二、團體手偶劇後,人際退縮青少女之困擾狀態之改變
      青少女能透過團體手偶劇重新演出其困擾,於演出後相互分享,進一步使用手偶劇練習新人際技巧,並將所學運用於生活。研究結果顯示,團體手偶劇有助於青少女運用人際技巧因應人際困擾、增加朋友數量、提升正向人際行為、提升人際覺察度、增加人際互動頻率與經驗,並為人際互動特質帶來正向改變。
      綜合而論,團體手偶劇為適用於人際退縮青少女之處遇方式,並能改善其人際困擾狀態。依據本研究結果提出具體建議,供未來相關研究及實務工作者之參考。
      The main purpose of this study is to explore the applicability of the group puppetry to the interpersonal withdrawal adolescent girls. The paper explores the issue from two aspects. The first one is to probe the experience of the interpersonal withdrawal girls who participated in the group puppetry. The second one is to discuss the changes of their interpersonal problems after they participated in the group puppetry.
      This research includes a total of three interpersonal withdrawal adolescent girls who are selected by purposive sampling. All the subjects need to engage in a 90 minutes group play therapy session intervened with puppetry for nine weeks. An interview is conducted by interviewing the subjects and their homeroom teachers respectively before and after the group play therapy sessions. This study examines the data by means of the content analysis, which is a qualitative research approach. “Youth Self-Report For Ages 11-18 (YSR)” and “Interpersonal Relationships Scale for Junior High School Students” were filled out by these adolescent girls, and their homeroom teachers filled out the Teacher's Report Form For Ages 6-18(TRF). The results are as follows:
    1. Group puppetry as the intervention method for interpersonal withdrawal adolescent girls.
      In the group's initial stage, puppets could become a tool to interact with members. Group puppetry can provide some safe distance psychologically allowing members to use puppets as the agents performing and sharing their interpersonal problems in the playful process. This is a stress-free appraoch for adolescent girls. Selecting of puppet reflect their withdrawal and shy personality symbolically.
    2. After group puppetry, the changes of interpersonal withdrawal adolescent girls' interpersonal issues.
      Adolescent girls are able to use group puppetry to replay their problems and share with each other. They use puppetry to practice new interpersonal skills, and apply these skills to real life. The research results showed that group puppetry helps adolescent girls to use new interpersonal skills to handle their issues, to make more friends, to promote positive interpersonal behavior, to promote interpersonal self-awareness, to have more interpersonal interaction with others, and to bring positive changes related to their interpersonal interaction personality.
      In summary, the group puppetry can be applied to the interpersonal withdrawal adolescent girls. It improves their interpersonal issues. Some specific suggestions are provided for future studies and practitioners.
