| 摘要: | 本研究試圖瞭解雙北市地區寄養家庭，其主要照顧者在擔任寄養父母歷程中，就寄養家庭的角色認同、社會支持與寄養服務滿足之間的相關性研究。以雙北市地區117位寄養家庭主要照顧者為施測對象，共計回收111份為有效問卷，以統計軟體SPSS18.0進行資料分析，在描述分析、次數分配及百分比、單因子變異數分析及皮爾遜積差相關分析、多元迴歸分析之整理與分析，所得研究結果如下：
一、角色認同、社會支持與寄養服務滿足有所相關。
(一)角色認同與寄養服務滿足有相關，其中「身份價值認同度」與「內在滿足」有高度正相關。
(二)社會支持度與寄養服務滿足有相關，其中「機構及網絡系統支持度」與「外在滿足」有高度正相關。
二、角色認同、社會支持對寄養服務滿足有所解釋力
(一)角色認同中的「身份價值認同度」可以解釋內在滿足69%的變異量。
(二)社會支持中的「機構及網絡系統支持」，對外在滿足有最佳的解釋力，可以解釋外在滿足59.8%的變異量。
三、寄養家庭基本資料與服務滿足之間的關聯性
(一)寄養家庭中「無」18歲以上同住人口(不含寄養)者，其主要照顧者的內在滿足高於「有」18歲以上同住人口(不含寄養)的寄養家庭。
(二)寄養家庭主要照顧者「服務年資」為15年以上，其外在滿足高於「服務年資」為10年以下。
The study investigated the relation among role Identity, social support, and foster service satisfaction of primary caregivers as foster parents in Taipei and New Taipei Cities. The participants were primary caregivers in 117 foster families in Taipei and New Taipei Cities. One hundred and eleven valid questionnaires were returned. The data analysis was done with the statistical software SPSS18.0. All the data collected was tested by the statistical methods of descriptive analysis, frequency distribution percentage, one-way Anova, Pearson r correlation and multiple regression Analysis. The results are as follows.
1 Role identity, social support, and foster service satisfaction are relevant.
1.1 Role identity and foster service satisfaction are related, and there is a highly positive correlation between identity value recognition and Internal satisfaction.
1.2 Social support is related to foster service satisfaction, and there is a highly positive correlation between agency and network system support and external satisfaction.
2 Role identification and social support can explain foster care satisfaction.
2.1 The identity value recognition of role identification can explain about 69% of the variation in internal satisfaction.
2.2 The agency and network system support of social support have the best interpretation of external satisfaction and can explain about 59.8% of the variation in external satisfaction.
3 The basic data of foster family and foster service satisfaction are related.
3.1 The internal satisfaction of primary caregivers in foster families without members over 18 years of age (excluding foster care) is higher than that of foster families who have members over the age of 18 (excluding foster care).
3.2 The external satisfaction of primary caregivers whose seniority in service is over 15 years in foster families is higher than those whose service years are 10 years or below.
