本研究旨在探討新北市老人使用日間照顧「服務需求」及「滿意度」之現況，並分析不同「個人背景變項」老人之「服務需求」及「滿意度」之相關性。
本研究採問卷調查法，以受托於新北市日間照顧中心之老人為本研究之母群體，採「便利抽樣」方式發放問卷365份，剔除無效問卷後，回收之有效問卷計350份；據以探討老人之性別、年齡、受托時間、婚姻狀態、教育程度、居住狀況、社會福利身分別，其「服務需求」與「滿意度」是否存在顯著相關；所得資料以社會科學統計套裝軟體 SPSS 22.0 for Windows 進行資料處理，以描述性統計、獨立樣本 t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費事後比較與皮爾森積差相關進行統計分析。研究結果如下：
一、老人的背景屬性為男性、年齡越高、受托未滿1個月、6個月以上未滿12個月、教育程度高中、專科、大學畢業、與子女同住等情形，對健康照顧有較高需求。
二、老人的背景屬性為男性、年齡在90歲以上、受託未滿1個月、1個月以上未滿6個月、6個月以上未滿12個月、1年以上未滿2年、滿2年以上、婚姻持續狀態、教育程度國小畢業以下、國中、高中、大學畢業、獨居、與配偶同住、與子女同住、一般戶、經濟弱勢等情形，對服務需求有較高需求。
三、老人的背景屬性為女性、受託未滿1個月、1個月以上未滿6個月、6個月以上未滿12個月、1年以上未滿2年、滿2年以上、教育程度國小畢業以下、國中、高中、大學畢業、獨居、與子女同住等情形，對服務滿意度有較高需求。
四、受託未滿1個月、1個月以上未滿6個月、6個月以上未滿12個月、1年以上未滿2年、滿2年以上、教育程度國小畢業以下、國中、高中、大學畢業、獨居、與子女同住等情形，對服務需求與滿意度有較高需求。
五、依上述之研究結果提出相關建議，如下：
(一)對使用日間照顧老人達成照顧計畫共識。
1.與主要照顧者達成照顧期待與照顧計畫共識。
2.對主要照顧者的支持性服務，採更多元的處遇方式。
(二)後續研究之建議
1.擴大範圍日照服務之相關比較。
2.可進行日間照顧服務之跨國比較研究。

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the needs assessment and satisfaction of daycare service for elder in New Taipei City, and to analyze the correlation between the needs assessment and satisfaction of elder among different personal background variables.
Questionnaire method is adopted in this study. The basis of population is on the elderly who are entrusted with day care centers in New Taipei City. The questionnaires were issued by convenience sampling of 365 questionnaires, after removing invalid samples, 350 questionnaires were collected. According to the discussion of gender, age, time of trust, marital status, education, living conditions, and social welfare status of the elderly, could the needs assessment be related to the satisfaction? The data obtained were processed by SPSS 22.0 for Windows, analyzing with descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, Independent Sample t Test, One-Way Anova, and Pearson's product-moment correlation.
The results are as follows:
1.The elderly background properties are male, older, less than a month, more than 6 months and less than 12 months (entrusted), senior high school, vocational high school, university (education), living with children, and so on; are in great demand of health care services.
2.The elderly background properties are male, more than 90 years old, less than a month, more than 6 months and less than 12 months, more than 1 year and less than 2 years, more than 2 years (entrusted), married, elementary school, junior high school, senior high school, university (education), live alone, live with spouse, live with children, general household, economically disadvantaged, and so on; are in great demand of health care services.
3.The elderly background properties are female, less than a month, more than 6 months and less than 12 months, more than 1 year and less than 2 years, more than 2 years (entrusted), elementary school, junior high school, senior high school, university (education), live alone, live with children, and so on; are in great demand of health care services.
4.The elderly background properties are less than a month, more than 1 month and less than 6 months, more than 6 months and less than 12 months, more than 1 year and less than 2 years, more than 2 years (entrusted), elementary school, junior high school, senior high school, university (education), live alone, live with children, and so on; are in great demand of health care services.
5.According to the results, there are some suggestions are as follows:
5.1 The day care center and the elderly have reached an agreement of Care Plan.
5.1.1 The day care center and the primary caregiver have reached an agreement of Care Plan, and both are in expectation of care.
5.1.2 For the supporting services of the primary caregiver, the center would take more ways to deal with.
5.2 The follow-up research suggestions
5.2.1 Expand to the elderly in the community who have not participated in day care center.
5.2.2 The comparative research of day care service between countries can be preceded in the near future.
