本研究背景為資訊科技工具的演變對計程車勞動產生影響,行動應用程式之使用與計程車司機的工作便利性之關聯性有待了解,故本研究主旨在於探討計程車司機之不同背景對於工作動機、科技準備度、科技接受度與工作適應之差異,以及計程車司機工作動機、科技準備度、科技接受度與工作適應之間的關係。透過動機理論、科技準備度、科技接受度與工作適應的理論脈絡以及相關研究發展出研究工具問卷,經專家訪談後修正問卷的題意與項目,進行便利抽樣發放調查問卷。本研究共回收127份問卷,刪除1份無效填答不完之無效問卷,有效問卷共計126份。研究結果得知:(1)計程車司機的科技準備度對科技接受度具有正向影響。(2)科技接受度對工作適應具有正向影響。(3)工作動機對工作適應具有正向影響。(4)科技接受度在各個變項之間不具有中介效應。並進一步提出建議供從業人員、業者及政策擬定者等相關單位參考。
The background of this study is that the evolution of information technology tools has an impact on the work of taxi drivers. The relevance between the use of mobile applications and the facilitation of taxi drivers remains to be discussed. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to explore the different backgrounds of taxi drivers for work motivation, technology readiness, technology acceptance and the difference of work adjustment, as well as the relationship between the work motivation of taxi driver, technology readiness, technology acceptance and the work adjustment. Through the motivation theory, technology readiness, technology acceptance and work adjustment theory context and related study to constitute a research questionnaire, after the interview with the experts, the questions and items of the questionnaire were amended, and the questionnaire was distributed by convenience sampling. In this survey, 127 questionnaires were been recovered, except for invalid questionnaire was deleted then effective sample was 126 respondents. The findings of this research: (1) Taxi driver's technology readiness has a positive impact on technology acceptance. (2) Technology acceptance has a positive effect on work adjustment. (3) Work motivation has a positive effect on job adjustment. (4) Technology acceptance have no meditating effect among varies variables. Hope that results would be suggestions for employees, practitioners and policy makers and other relevant units for reference.
