婦女和企業家的概念是21世紀最熱門的商業主題之一。創業已經成為男女雙方都有希望的職業,使他們能夠完成自己的個人目標並滿足他們的需求。
本文的目的是找到蒙古族女企業家最為成功的因素,重點在於了解成功的關鍵因素。而且,這些成功因素可以通過定義這些因素,特點和分析可能的結果,有助於未來的研究,因為成功的女企業家歸因的概念研究較少。
設計/方法論/方法 - 這項研究使用了定性研究設計。數據通過個人訪談和收集人口統計調查收集。
調查結果 - 訪談結果和調查將支持女企業家成功因素的特點。
研究局限性/影響 - 受訪者將是在蒙古擁有企業的女性。 15名女企業家將在2016年10月至12月期間接受采訪並填寫問卷。
這項研究的實際意義在於支持對創業活動不熟悉的蒙古女性初創企業家,這項研究的結果可能有助於未來研究和正在研究相關學科的學者。

The concept of women and entrepreneurship is one of the most trending business subjects of the 21st century. Being entrepreneurship has become a promising career for both women and men, allowing them to accomplish their personal goals and fulfill their needs.
The purpose of this paper is to find the most known success factors of Mongolian women entrepreneurs, which focuses on the understanding of the key success factors. Moreover, those success factors can contribute to the future studies through defining those factors, their characteristics and analyze possible outcomes since the concept of successful female entrepreneurs’ attribution has studied less.
Design/Methodology/approach -This study used a qualitative research design. Data were collected through personal interview and collecting demographic survey.
Findings – The results of the interviews and the survey will support the characteristics of female entrepreneurs’ success factors.
Research limitations/Implications - The respondents will be women who owned businesses in Mongolia. Fifteen female entrepreneurs will be interviewed and completed questionnaire form during the period between October to December 2016.
Practical Implications of the study has an intent to support Mongolian female start-up entrepreneurs who are new to the entrepreneurial activity, and the result of this research may have the potential to contribute in the future studies and for the scholars who are studying the related subjects.
The originality of this study contributes to the understanding and knowledge of female entrepreneurs’ role in Mongolia and supporting them as a means of promoting female entrepreneurial activities.
