摘要:	本論文以以視覺人類學(Visual Anthropology) 與民族誌(Enthnography) 兩種研究方法觀察和紀錄從小照顧陪伴作者的菲律賓女性移工，並透過她接觸、了解在香港菲律賓女性移工社群，以及無法改變其遷移身分所感受到的「失位」(Dislocation)。由這樣的觀察與紀錄，進而反思到全球化體系下，作者相對移工們所身處的「權力幾何」(Power Geometry)(Massey, 2001)位置。透過菲律賓移工家事工作者在香港的日常與所經歷的節日，此紀錄片微觀的紀錄了移工在進階資本社會中的貢獻，及社會、家庭關係與情感在權力幾何限制下的無奈、穿透、與拉扯。如何將發聲權裡交還全球化的邊緣社群，使其能於主體位置上訴說其不同於核心國家與進階資本社會的全球化經驗，並顯現在權力幾何下的受益者，是反思後的自我期許。 This documentary project employs visual anthropology and ethnography to document the Filipino domestic worker that has taken care of this author since she was born. Through this Filipino domestic worker, this documentary is able to be in contact and follows Filipino female migrant workers in Hong Kong, to understand the “dislocation” they have experienced under the “power geometry” of globalization. In return, the author is reflexing on her position as both the beneficiary and the imposing observer within this structure. Through the daily routines, local holidays, social occasions, personal feelings/stories, this documentary records the contribution of migrant workers to their residing society, Hong Kong, and those resistances, connections, and frustrations of social and family relations limited and framed by power geometry.
