| 摘要: | 現代都市環境裡，高樓大廈如雨後春筍般林立，社區型休閒場所大多以公園等開放空間為主，故公園亦成為都市裡的綠洲，是孩子戶外遊戲的場所與自然親近放鬆的地方，是陪伴者戶外活動使用率高的地點也是首選，因此擁有一個舒適的友善環境是相對重要的。兒童的行動力有限，若要到較遠的地方、或花費較為昂貴的休閒場所，往往需要人陪伴照顧同行，因此離家近、使用便利並讓孩子能在寬敞開放的空間中活動而備受陪伴者喜愛。然而，與陪伴者的相關研究甚少，本研究將針對公園對兒童陪伴者友善程度作為研究主題，公園在日常生活裡兒童是其最主要的使用者，且因學齡兒童於平時日間需要上學，故在此一時段裡使用上以學齡前兒童居多，故本研究之樣本以範圍學齡前兒童之兒童陪伴者為研究對象。期望藉由本研究將使用者之屬性、面向與需求能做為公部門或相關單位於未來進行公園等公共開放空間設計規劃時之參考。
本研究目的將桃園同安親子公園做為研究場域，透過實地觀察，問卷調查，深入訪談等方式。經研究調查發現，公園於白天使用者最多為學齡前兒童與九成女性陪伴者，其中年齡分佈以26-35歲陪伴者佔40.15%，66-75歲陪伴者佔31.82%，此背景為全天照顧兒童的全職婦女與保姆、退休協助照顧兒童的祖父母，陪伴者以帶兒童玩公園遊憩設施為至公園最主要目的，兒童透過足夠的運動得到較大的自信與成就，智力等影響力。對陪伴者亦是放鬆與休息。本研究結果發現，使用者對同安親子公園對兒童與陪伴者的友善度持有負面的回應，（1）遊具維護管理與環境清潔的缺失（2）公園內使用標示字體與顏色，無提供高齡者和兒童視覺舒適的字體大小或圖示說明（3）親子公園的廁所卻無提供適合兒童使用的設施、無障礙的空間、環境清潔問題等（4）公園步道無障礙設施缺乏與汽機車進入園中造成兒童遊戲時危險，公園入口意象較為單調。而對於相關管理單而言，因公園使用者族群較為複雜，較難同時滿足每一個使用族群，加上目前對於在親子方面的需求不夠清楚，因此尚無接受到相關政策指示。同安親子公園既以親子命名，故同安親子公園有重新規劃與落實親子的友善環境之必要，屆時希望未來公部門能依據本研究結果提出對此公園相關改善措施，並於日後規畫公園時，能將陪伴者的需求納入考量，讓兒童與陪伴者放心的友善公園。
In the modern society with high building structures being the main platform, public parks are consider as the main recreational area and becomes the oasis in the desert of the city. These public parks also serves children’s outdoor activities for games and also a place for engaging with natures to reach relaxations. The children’s supervisors have use these public parks as their main activities area with their children and also their first choice. Therefore, the friendliness of these areas becomes extremely important. Since traveling too far away from home and spending too much cost for the children is not likely the option for the parents and supervisors, these public parks nearby homes that can provide huge recreation areas have become their favorites.
The studies of the friendliness from these public parks towards the Children’s supervisor has not quite been research and therefore this study main topic will be on how user friendly the parks are to the supervisors. Keep in mind most of the user in these parks are the supervisors and children’s that are not yet enroll in school. Therefore the range of study will be on these people, their characteristics, their expectations and requirements. These data and information must be utilize by the local government that will include them in the criteria for designing and planning new recreation parks in the future.
Taoyuan Tung-An Parent-Child Park was the main location for this study by collecting sample survey, real people interviews and specific area observations. According to the above research and study, this recreational park provide activity places mostly for the female supervisors and children that are not yet enroll at school. Among these female supervisor, 40.15% age range from 26 to 35, 31.82% age range from 66-75, meaning they are either full time moms and babysitters, or they are grandparents assisting in babysitting their grandchildren inside this park. All of them take the children out to this park for the recreational facilities allowing the children to healthy exercise and exploit their accomplishments and generate confidence, positive emotional and mental growth as well. Meanwhile the supervisors are expecting relaxations as well in this park.
According to the research and this study above, there were negative feedbacks from the users regarding the user-friendliness of this park towards the supervisors and the children. First is the facility management and area’s sanity being not up to the mark. Second is the signs inside the park are not clear enough due to its character size and color that cause uncomfortableness to the children and their supervisors. Thirdly the washrooms inside the park are not equip with children facilities, no specific handicap area and the sanity inside the washroom is a problem. Lastly the park entrance is flooded with motorbikes and vehicles and there are no handicap pathways for the wheel chair and baby strollers which created huge deficiency of security and protection for the children playing inside the park.
As for the local government and related departments, these needs from the user are not well understood and since there are a variety of users in this park the local government are not able to satisfy all types of users at the same time. Therefore, there are no instruction yet so far to rectify the above negative items.
Tao Yuan Tung-An Parent Child Park is supposed to be a user friendly park to the children and the supervisors where its name is given for children/parenting purpose. Therefore, it is absolute important to rectify and improve all the negative things in this park in hoping that the local government can improve the quality of this park by using the result of this research and study, taking all the requirement and expectations from the supervisors into account in redesigning this park, hence providing the children and their supervisors a user friendly park for relaxation. |
