本研究使用刮刀式塗佈法將介電層高分子、螢光層高分子、導電線、導電液塗佈在有柔軟性及導電性的布膜上完成電致發光元件。觀察利用水性PU Rolflex911與DLU水性PU製作介電層高分子其黏度、刮刀隔距與塗層厚度對電致發光元件發光亮度影響。探討鈦酸鋇粉與螢光粉在水性PU Rolflex911與DLU水性PU分散性對電致發光元件發光亮度的影響。經過DLU水性PU、PET膜封裝後的電致發光元件其接觸角、Lab、耐磨損測試、柔軟度測試。
In this study, the Electroluminescence devices was completed by Automatic Film Applicator with the dielectric polymer, a Phosphor polymer, ALDRICH, and tinned cooper braid on a flexible and conductive film. Electroluminescence devices which brightness of the DLU of aqueous PU and Rolflex911 PU which viscosity, slot gauge and thickness. Electroluminescence devices which brightness of the barium titanate powder, phosphor dispersed in a DLU of aqueous PU and Rolflex911 PU. After the contact angle, wear resistance, softness and Lab testing to see the difference before and after the electroluminescent element of the package by DLU of aqueous PU and the PET film.
