    摘要: In this study, the development of an environmentally imitation planting sphagnum moss substrate can be applied to orchid cultivation media. The article discusses add 4g of alginate to mung bean flour liquid and mix different concentrations of the improved absorbent substrates and coconut oil foaming agent to make imitation planting sphagnum moss substrate having a characteristic hollow porous. In 4g sodium alginate, 2wt% mung bean flour liquid, 1.5g of coconut oil foaming and 1% calcium chloride crosslinking can attain the best of absorption effect is 1349.0% . It is better than the commercially available sphagnum moss and. While maintaining the rate of water up to 17 hours. However, the actual planting orchids part must be a spray every day, Make orchids around remains at a high humidity environment, it can be maintained for about 3-4 days the substrate is completely dry. Finally, for example, to the cultivation of orchids, investigate whether imitation sphagnum moss substrate can be used in planting orchids.
    本研究係開發一種環保的仿水苔基材,可應用於蘭花栽培的介質上。文中探討將4g的海藻酸鈉添加於不同濃度之綠豆粉液體改善基材吸水性,並以椰子油發泡劑使仿水苔基材具有中空多孔的特性。在4g海藻酸鈉、 2wt% 綠豆粉液體、 1.5g 椰子油發泡劑與 1wt% 氯化鈣交聯後可達到最好的吸水率是1349.0% ,優於市售的水苔。而保水率雖然只維持17小時,但實際在種植蘭花部分必須每天以噴霧方式使蘭花周遭保持在高濕度的環境,故大約可維持3至4天才使基材完全乾燥。最後以蘭花為種植樣本,進行實際栽植測試,探討仿水苔基材是否可運用於蘭花之植栽領域。
