Abstract:	撒奇萊雅族火神祭從2006 年公開舉行開始至今，過程歷經變化及試圖爭取族內的認同，也試圖符合外界對於族群特殊性的期待，其中建立出來的核心，全都圍繞在族群對於1878 年發生的達固湖灣戰役的記憶。同一件歷史事件於清政府的史料中稱之加禮宛事件，其內容呈現統治者平定地方亂事的敘述，但對於撒奇萊雅族人來說卻是受迫害的記憶。撒奇萊雅族火神祭的祭儀內容便是圍繞在族群對於1878 年發生的達固湖灣戰役的記憶上，對於認同祭儀與傳說的撒奇萊雅族人來說，火神祭是傳統文化尋根與發揚，透過共同歷史記憶，口傳故事及祭典儀式的結合，形塑出族人對於自身的想像。除了族內的影響之外，族群內部積極推動者們還運用媒體持續正面的報導推波助瀾，擴大祭儀於社會中的能見度，在族人以及社會群體長期參與之下，翻轉過去史料對於達固湖灣事件的印象。 Sakizaya palamal since 2006 held in public, make a lot of changes.
