    摘要: 從20世紀50年代開始,低氧訓練與運動表現成為國際體育科學領域研究的熱門議題。低氧訓練對運動員運動能力的影響也引起了運動員、教練和科學家的重視。體育科研工作人員開始研究和探索低氧訓練模式,其中最具有代表性的是20世紀80年代末前蘇聯斯特列爾科夫博士首創的間歇性低氧訓練,這種訓練模式要求運動員每天在人造或者自然的低氧環境裏暴露半小時,休息與訓練相互交替,刺激紅血球生成素(Erythropoietin, EPO)的生成。紅血球生成素(EPO)是腎臟和肝臟分泌的一種激素樣物質,能夠促進紅血球生成,增進血紅蛋白合成,提高運動員有氧運動能力。本研究採用文獻資料研究法,從EPO及其生理功能、低氧訓練對EPO的影響、低氧訓練對EPO基因表達的影響、EPO基因多態性以及EPO興奮劑及其危害等方面對低氧訓練和EPO作一綜述,以期運動員的科學化訓練提供一定的參考。結果證明:在三種應用最多的低氧訓練模式中,長時間的高住低練或模擬高住低練能夠促進EPO的基因表達。並且能夠提高EPO的水準、促進紅血球的生成、提高血紅蛋白的容量、從而增進有氧運動能力。
    Since the 1950s, hypoxia training and athletic performance have become hot topics in the field of international sports science research. The effect of hypoxia training on the athlete's athletic ability has aroused the attention of the athletes, coaches and scientists. The researchers began to study and explore the physical model of hypoxic training, which was one of the most representative research in the former Soviet Union, Dr. Strelkov's first intermittent hypoxic training, the training mode requires the athletes exposed every day for half an hour in the artificial or natural hypoxia environment, rest and exercise alternating with each other to stimulate the formation of red blood cells (EPO). Erythropoietin (EPO) is a hormone like substance secreted by the kidney and liver, which can promote the formation of red blood cells, promote the synthesis of hemoglobin, and improve the ability of aerobic exercise. The main research methods which is adapted includes literature datum from EPO and its physiological function, the effect of hypoxic training on EPO, hypoxic training on the expression of the EPO gene, EPO gene polymorphism, EPO doping and its harm to the hypoxic training and EPO for a review, provide some reference to the scientific training of athletes. The results showed that in three modes whose most frequently used in the hypoxic training, long-term training of Living High and Training Low (HiLo) or simulated training of HiLo can help to promote the gene expression of EPO. And also can help to improve the level of EPO, the production of red blood cells as well as help maximize the capacity of hemoglobin, thus promoting the aerobic sporting abilities.
