摘要:	中國在媒體市場化時期，出現了新聞輿論監督空間，而當傳統媒體的論述空間，遭受到政治力逐漸束縛時，新聞論壇、博客、微博，成了新聞媒體記者、公共知識份子、與中國網民，發聲逃逸的方向。不過正當中國網際網路的社會價值應用逐步上升之際，「習李體制」就任前後，展開了對於意識形態領域的全面整肅。目前新聞與言論自由面臨空前緊縮的狀態，但研究者近年來持續研究發現，儘管自由的空氣稀薄，但中國永不缺乏一群與權力者博弈的行動者。本研究期望透過對於「公共知識份子」（含新聞記者與時事評論者）的轉世運動、「高校新聞學子」翻牆運動的觀察，一窺「政府」企圖共建學院與輿論引導作法的有效性。研究架構將藉由Bourdieu 對「場域」的洞察，作為觀察中國新聞與言論自由發展的依據，其次參照Foucault 對於權力運作與行動者主體性的論述，進行中國公知、新聞記者與新聞學子的行為分析，最後以Scott「弱者的武器」概念，觀察行動者的抗爭策略。本研究將進行三年度的長期研究觀察，採取「歷史研究法」、「個案研究法」、「深度訪談法」等多元設計，進行三個子題研究，包括：公共知識份子與新聞記者的轉世運動本質為何？新聞學子的翻牆運動內涵為何？中國政府如何應用新媒體企圖達成引導輿論的目標？ China's Government, public intellectuals and students in the New Era: Study on guidance of public opinion, reincarnation and circumvention technology movements During the period of media marketization, news supervision by public opinion reports had emerged and extended the freedom of the press. When the political power tried to shackle the traditional media, news forums, blogs, and microblogging became the escaping field for the Chinese journalists, public intellectuals, and Internet users. However, as the social value of the Internet in China has gradually increased, the " Xi–Li Administration" took a total purge of the ideological field. The freedom of the press and the speech in China are facing an unprecedented state of limitation . Despite the freedom of the expression space is highly restricted, the researchers found there are never absent of the action groups who try to play game with the political power in China. This study aims to analyze the reincarnation movement of the public intellectuals (including journalists and commentators) and the circumvention technology movements of the university students. Finally, it tries to detect the efficiency of "the government and the universities established the School of Journalism jointly" and "guidance of public opinion". The framework of the study will be developed based on Bourdieu's insight of "field", Foucault's discourse of "power" and Scoot's concept of "weapon of the weak". According to the framework , this study tries to analyze the power game and the resistance strategies among the public intellectuals, journalists, students, and the power regime. This is a three-year longitudinal study and the research design will employ the "historical research method", "case study method" and "in-depth interview method". The research includes twenty two questions under three topics which are "What are the reincarnation movement of the public intellectuals and journalists? "What are concepts of the circumvention technology movement of the journalism students? and "How the Chinese government attempts to achieve the goal of guiding public opinion through the new media usage?
