本研究希望透過對策略聯盟（strategic alliance）相關理論與實際運作之探討 ，再加上對環保意識與行動的發掘，來瞭解環保類非營利組織如何採取策略聯盟行動，以及 如何發揮環保策略聯盟之效用，以提供相關環保團體參考，並提昇我國環境保護公共服務之 品質。
This study intends to explore how Taiwan's nonprofit organizations fulfill their mission together by Strategic. A case study of environmental protection organization is employed. After seven times in-depth interviews with Taiwan Eco-conservation Alliance, some issues are raised.
