摘要:	二十一世紀隨科技發展媒體匯流等，電視影音的需求量趨向增加。兩岸因文化、語言相近，在電視製播上或可尋求更多機會，尤其針對佔全球人口總數五分之一的「大華人市場」的目標閱聽眾，提供適合華人觀賞的影音內容。但近年來台灣與大陸的電視節目製播卻一直落後於同屬東亞的韓國。本研究基於近代John Tomlinson、Anthony Giddens、大前研一等人的全球化理論，主要以洛桑管理學院IMD「世界競爭力報告」最近十年間(2005-2014)台灣、大陸與韓國在主要項目指標上的排名表現，以及對兩岸重要電視從業人員的深度訪談，分析後大致得出(1)韓國政府近年來對影視事業輔導不遺餘力；以及(2)兩岸合作將為必然趨勢之結果。並在目前全球發展數位匯流階段，本研究將以全球治理的觀點提供兩岸業界與施政當局，或可做為較宏觀的省思與參考。 In the beginning of 21st century, media convergence marks a tremendous development of media. Applying globalization theories of John Tomlinson, Anthony Giddens and Kenichi Ohmae, this study compareTV programs production of Taiwan, China and Korea. With formulating the ranking index from factors of IMD “World Competitiveness Yearbook” for over 10 years (2005-2014), and using in-depth interviews of TV elite, this research concludes: (1) the Korean government has been executing a good governance in media policy. (2) the cooperation of TV program-production between Taiwan and China shall be the best option for the future greater China TV market.
