This study offers an integrated approach to understand the relationships among the push and pull motivations on tourist satisfaction and destination loyalty in Bali Indonesia. Literature review related to this study is about motivation, satisfaction, loyalty, and tourist. This research uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnairess to the respondents. This study used multiple regression analysis.From the discussion and result analysis, so the conclusion in this research are: Push motivation affects the travel satisfaction. From the beta coefficient, the effect is positive so higher push motivation can affect the higher travel satisfaction of tourist in visiting Bali, Indonesia. Pull motivation affects the travel satisfaction. From the beta coefficient, the effect is positive so higher pull motivation can affect the higher travel satisfaction of tourist in visiting Bali, Indonesia Travel satisfaction affects destination loyalty. From the beta coefficient, the effect is positive so higher travel satisfaction can affect the higher destination loyalty of tourist in visiting Bali, Indonesia. This study make new contributions to the Indonesia government in order to maintain and increase the tourism loyalty in Bali in the future.
