| 摘要: | 台灣醫美產業發展快速，年產值在2011 年高達 800 億元，快速發展的結果，吸引許多醫師、護理師、美容師加入這個新興產業，消費者對醫學美容的接受度愈高願意投入更多的費用來治療，醫學美容需求增加導致於醫美診所的營業時間，及休假日受到民眾消費習慣的影響，在正常休假日還要上班，人力相當吃緊，除此之外在民眾對醫學美容了解愈多，醫療糾紛也時有所聞，醫學美容從業人員的工作壓力也很大，另相對的休閒時間受到壓迫。
休閒帶給人們在身體、知性、情緒、社會、及環境五個面向的安適狀態，不僅與身心健康有顯著相關，還可以讓人們促進健康及提高工作績效表現，為了解醫學美容從業人員的休閒阻礙，故做此研究。
