本研究旨在瞭解華語導遊人員個別協議與工作雕琢之間的關係,經由文獻之引用及邏輯之推理,採用量化研究的方法,透過問卷調查法填答的方式,進行實證研究調查。本研究採取立意抽樣方式發放問卷,問卷的發放是透過導遊進購物站時將願意配合的導遊問卷發放給華語導遊人員。總計發放紙本問卷195 份問卷,問卷回收179 份,回收率91.80%。經刪除無效問卷後,得有效問卷171 份,問卷有效率為87.70%。研究結果發現,華語導遊人員個別協議與增加社會性工作資源呈正向顯著關聯性,華語導遊人員個別協議與增加結構性工作資源呈正向顯著關聯性;導遊人員個別協議與增加挑戰性工作要求成正相關,華語導遊人員個別協議與減少阻礙性工作要求成呈正向顯著關聯性。
The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between the Idiosyncratic
Deals of Chinese tour guides and the Job-Crafting. Through the reference and logical
reasoning of the literature, the method of quantitative research is used to carry out empirical
research investigation through the questionnaire survey method.
In this study, the questionnaire was sent by way of sampling, and the questionnaire
was distributed to the Chinese tour guides through the tour guide into the shopping mall.
A total of 195 questionnaires were sent to the questionnaire, 179 were collected and the
recovery rate was 91.80%. After the deletion of the invalid questionnaire, the effective
questionnaires were 171, the questionnaire efficiency was 87.70%.
The results show that there are positive correlations between the Idiosyncratic Deals
of Chinese tour guides and the increase of social work resources, and the Idiosyncratic
Deals of Chinese tour guides is positively correlated with the increase of structural work
resources. The Idiosyncratic Deals of tour guides is positively related to the increase of
challenging work requirements , The Chinese language tour guide Idiosyncratic Deals
and reduce the need for work to achieve a significant positive correlation.
And based on the results, to explore the meaning of management, to provide industry-
related industry, human resources management practice reference.
