Abstract:	家族企業是全球普遍存在的一種企業經營方式。在台灣除了中小企業主要是家族企業經營以外，百大企業集團也約有半數以上仍保有家族企業的經營特徵。台灣電子業總產值占整體出口總值的40.8%，其企業型態有甚多為家族企業。本研究以電子業中家族企業與非家族企業的經營績效差異為研究主題。依據台灣經濟新報(TEJ)2010至2015年上市的電子產業為研究對象，以資料包絡法為績效評估方法。結果顯示，非家族企業的經營績效優於家族企業；在六個分產業類別中則互有高低；另外研究發現，無論整體或各個類別產業之經營績效自2010起即呈下跌趨勢，期間雖然或有起伏，但均未再超越2010年之紀錄，甚而到2015年底為觀測期之最低點，是否意味著台灣電子產業正面臨世界生產體系佈局與供應鏈之改變，以及大陸及日、韓等國家競爭威脅，逐漸喪失以往競爭的優勢，亦有待後續再深入觀察與分析以為因應。 Family business is a global business paradigm. In Taiwan, small and medium enterprises are mainly family business, in addition , the top 100 enterprise groups are about more than half still retain the family business characteristics too. Taiwan's electronics industry accounted for 40.8% of the total export value of the total, the enterprise type has a lot of family business. This study is based on the difference in the performance of family business and non-family business in the electronics industry. According to the Taiwan Economic News (TEJ) 2010 to 2015 listed electronics industry as the object of study, the data envelopment method for the performance evaluation method. The results show that non-family business performance is better than the family business; in six sub-categories are in the level of each other; By the way, the study found that regardless of the overall or various categories of industry performance since 2010 was a downward trend, although the ups and downs during the period, but no longer beyond the 2010 record, even by the end of 2015 as the lowest point of observation period, whether it means Taiwan's electronics industry is facing the world's production system layout and supply chain changes, as well as the mainland and Japan, South Korea and other countries competitive threat, and gradually lose the advantages of competition in the past, but also to be further in-depth observation and analysis.
