    摘要: 在本研究中使用超臨界二氧化碳萃取小米胚芽的精油,透過改變溫度、壓力、流量來探討本實驗中各項因子及各因子間的交互作用對精油產率的影響,在實驗規劃上我們採用中央合成設計 (CCD) 對於二階反應曲面模型進行迴歸,因為中央合成設計考慮軸點,這造成了實驗因子都具有五種水準,在半流動式實驗中,壓力條件為2396 psi、2600 psi、2900 psi、3200 psi、3404 psi,溫度條件為312 K、315 K、318 K、321 K、323 K,流量條件則為90 L/hr、108 L/hr、135 L/hr、162 L/hr、180 L/hr。因本實驗為3因子之中央合成設計,故有8個角點、6個軸點以及重複6個中央點的實驗,並對實驗結果進行二階迴歸分析,探討所得各項因子及因子間交互作用的顯著性,並且使用作圖軟體作圖(Matlab)獲得等高線圖與反應曲面圖,最後再對二階模型進行分析得到本實驗範圍中之最佳操作條件及最佳產率。接下來對比使用索氏萃取法進行小米胚芽精油的粗脂率萃取,與超臨界流體萃取實驗結果其產率是否一致,並使用可攜式傅立葉紅外線光譜儀分析其兩種萃取法得到的精油成分是否一致。
    This research indicates that the effects of each factor and the interaction among the factors to the yield of millet germ essential oil by changing pressure, temperature and flow rate in the supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction. We introduced the central composite design into our experiment, and used the regression analysis to analyze the second order reaction curve model. Because CCD takes axial points into account, this results every factors has 5 levels. In the semi-mobile experiment, we set our pressure conditions at 2396, 2600, 2900, 3200 and 3404 psi; temperature conditions at 312, 315, 318, 321 and 323 K, and flow rate conditions at 90L/hr, 108L/hr, 135L/hr, 162L/hr, and 180L/hr. Because this is a CCD of 3 factors, this experiment has 8 corner points, 6 axial points, and repeat 6 central points, total has 20 results. To find out the significance of each factor and of the interaction among factors, we used the second regression analysis to analyze the results, and gained the best production of essential oil by using the second order model to analyze the contour chart and reaction surface chart, which were made by the MATLAB software. Later we checked whether the results from supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction are as same as the results from the soxhlet extraction, and used the solids & liquids FT-IR to check whether the composition of essential oil from these two extractions is the same.
