台灣連鎖暨加盟產業為台灣重點產業之一,係以人為主的服務業,因此員工的人格特質對企業之選才是非常重要的,而員工的工作滿足與穩定性對企業的獲利與成長也是非常重要,離職傾向越高,穩定性也就越低,對企業的不利影響就越高。到底員工的人格特質與工作滿足是否會影響離職傾向呢?本研究主題係探討內外控人格特質與工作滿足對離職傾向之影響,並以台灣連鎖暨加盟產業為例。
本研究採問卷調查法,對台灣連鎖暨加盟產業之四大體系分類的員工進行問卷發放,計發出250份問卷,扣除填答不全者,有效問卷234份,有效問卷回收率93.6%,並利用百分比法、單因子變異數法、相關分析法及迴歸分析法進行分析。
研究結果發現,人格特質對離職傾向不具有顯著差異,而整體工作滿足、工作伙伴、薪資報酬及升遷狀況之滿足與離職傾向之間具有顯著負相關;工作本身及上司關係之滿足與離職傾向之間具有負相關但不顯著。
Taiwan chain store and the franchise industry as one of the key industries in Taiwan, human services is the main point, so the personality traits on the enterprise choice for em-ployees is very important, and employee job satisfaction and stability of enterprise profit and growth is also very important, the higher turnover, the lower stability, the higher ad-verse impact on the enterprise.Our research discuss the inside and outside of the personal-ity characteristics and job satisfaction impact on turnover, and we take the chain store and the franchise industry in Taiwan as an example.
This research, uses the questionnaire as the tool to collect information, on the four major categories of staff classified questionnaires issued of Taiwan chain stores industries, the total quantity of questionnaires released are 250 copies, and after deducting incom-plete questionnaires, the effective questionnaires are 234 copies and its effective feedback is 93.6%.The study shows that the personality is not influence on the turnover intention, and the overall job satisfaction and its facets are negative correlated with turnover inten-tion. According to the regression analysis of this study, the importance of job satisfaction to turnover intention is higher than that of personality.
