    摘要: 台灣連鎖暨加盟產業可以說是台灣未來經濟的重要指標,而人格特質與工作價值觀對企業選才相當重要,到底哪一種人格特質與工作價值觀的員工在台灣連鎖暨加盟產業中較易創造工作績效呢?因此本研究主題係探討AB型人格特質與工作價值觀對工作績效之影響,並以台灣連鎖暨加盟產業為例。
    本研究係採用問卷調查法,對台灣連鎖暨加盟產業之四大體系分類的員工進行問卷發放,計發出250份問卷,扣除填答不全者,有效問卷234份,有效問卷回收率93.6%,並利用百分比法、單因子變異數法、相關分析法及迴歸分析法進行分析。
    研究結果發現具有A型人格特質的員工在工作績效上的影響都比B型人格特質的員工來的具有影響力,而整體工作價值觀與工作績效也具有顯著正相關。不過若以人格特質與工作價值觀何者對工作績效具有重要性來說,經由本研究之迴歸分析得知,工作價值觀對工作績效的重要性較人格特質來的高。
    Taiwan chain stores industry can be the Taiwan important economic indicators in the future, and personality traits and work values on the enterprise selection is very im-portant, in the end what kind of the personality traits and work values of the staff in Taiwan chain stores industry easier to create job performance? Therefore, the subject search of this study is discussed the influence of type A and type B personality and work values on job performance, a case of Taiwan chain stores industry.
    This research, uses the questionnaire as the tool to collect information, on the four major categories of staff classified questionnaires issued of Taiwan chain stores indus-try’s, the total quantity of questionnaires released are 250 copies, and after deducting incomplete questionnaires, the effective questionnaires are 234 copies and its effective feedback is 93.6%. Using the percent analysis, one-way analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis method, the following conclusion is obtained:
    The study shows that the job performance of employees with type A personality is more influential than the type B personality traits, and the overall work values and job performance are also positively correlated. However, if the personality traits and work values of what is important for job performance, according to the regression analysis of this study, the importance of work values to job performance is higher than that of per-sonality traits.
