| 摘要: | 科技與創新是政府產業發展的重點，然而政府計畫種類與數量繁多，經濟部技術處透過科技專案計畫的整併，藉以提升科技專案的績效。本研究採用深度訪談方式，分別從科技專案計畫之技術面、督導面、管理面角度來探討法人科技專案計畫於2011年提出計畫整併流程後，對科技專案計畫效益的提升影響，進而找出整併成功與失敗之案例，並分析原因。透過深入訪談與個案研究分析，本文研究發現組織內層級的差異會影響科技專案計畫整併之看法；而規劃、溝通和執行團隊的協調影響整併成功與否；最後本研究發現整併作業之實施並未對科技專案計畫的效益有顯著的提升。本文建議當執行計畫整併時，需確立明確整併方向，並由計畫源頭著手。
This paper examines the effect of organization structure on the performance of technology project integration. This research is to be conducted through a series of in-depth interviews to explore the efficiency improvement of technology innovation projects after the project integration process implemented from 2011. Our results show that the performance of the technology project integration depends on the level in the department. In addition, the plan of technology project integration also affects the success of integration. |
