| Abstract: | $眾多的電腦化醫療決策支援系統在過去二十多年間陸續被發展出來；然而，大部 分的系統係用來協助醫療診斷，只有極少數用於治療之決策支援上。本研究試圖將電腦科技 與醫療決策分析結合，以發展出一個應用於治療風險分析之電腦化醫療決策支援工具。此一 工具運用計算不同治療選擇之預期值的原理，提供一個清晰、易用、及有效的方式來協助醫 師做出適當的治療決策。
Many computer-based medical decision support systems have been developed in the past two decades. However, most of them focus on medical diagnosis and only little effort have been spent in treatment decision support. This research tries to combine the computer technology and medical decision analysis theory together to develop a computer-based medical decision support tool for treatment risk analysis. This tool provides a clear, easy to use, and effective way to help the physician make appropriate treatment decisions based on the expected values of the different treatment alternatives. |
