Abstract:	一、因時代的巨輪快速向前滾進，新新人類的價值觀及人生觀皆有很大的轉變；其入伍服役後，難以適應軍中的團體生活，遂造成了部隊的管理問題，諸如幹部不當管教、老兵欺負新兵、執勤時歇斯底里地持槍濫殺同僚、自裁自虐、逃兵等。二、本文針對國軍部隊現況，以相關之管理理論作初步性的探討，以供部隊基層幹部之管理 (教 ) 參考；內容涵括心理學及管理學的著名管理理論。
