Abstract:	國內大型金融集團相繼成立金融控股公司，加速了台灣金融市場的異業整合，而金控公司成立至今的經營效率如何，則是社會大眾所關心的議題。本文利用資料包絡分析法評估台灣金敵控股公司的經營效率。因我國金控公司成立時間不一致，故以2002年3月正式營運的十三家金控公司與2003年12月底之十四家金控公司為研究對象，利用季資料之流動資產、買匯貼現、利息收入為產出變數，以流動負債、營業費用、普通股股本為投入變數，觀察各金控公司三種經營效率情形。本研究協助金投公司檢視在不同經營階段時期所面臨的問題，藉由DEA評估之結果了解無效率原因為何，可知在未來應朝什麼方向做有效調整與加強優勢業務，提供金控公司管理者經營方向與決策之參考。
