廠商間的競爭與合作,一直是被學者們所討論的管理議題。自80年代起,在許多產業中廠商間廣泛的成立聯盟,或是透過合資進行合作,因此文獻上開始有合作關係、聯盟等廠商間聚集的討論。然而,個體之間的關係並不僅僅只局限於正向的合作關係,也存在著負向的非合作關係之連結,即為競爭。在過去的研究中,學者們主要分把競爭與合作的關係分開去討論,反而較少學者同時以一個產業為例去檢視廠商間的競爭與合作,這也成為了最主要的研究動機。本研究以社會網絡理論和動態競爭理論作為主要架構去做延伸與探討。
本研究以高度全球化、高度競爭連結、高度合作和共存的的航空產業為研究樣本,整理出2015年亞太地區前25大航空公司的所有航點、機隊結構以及全球三大聯盟中的合作狀況來建構競爭網絡和合作網絡,並透過UCINET6.0軟體繪製競爭網絡圖和合作網絡圖,有助於了解網絡內廠商間競爭與合作關係。綜上所述,透過網絡分析的方式,除了可以跳脫過去廠商間不熟悉的窘境,還可以分析焦點廠商是否有能耐可以在競爭或合作網絡中佔有一息之地,並可反應出廠商間在網絡中的角色和地位。
The competitions and cooperation between enterprise has always been discussed by scholars. Many industries join alliance or joint venture since 80’s, so there have many literatures about cooperative network and competitive network. However, it`s not only talking about positive cooperation but also negative cooperative, so called “competition”. In the past studies, scholars always separate cooperative network and competitive network, less discuss them together, that`s why this point become my main research subject. In conclusion. The study using social network theory and dynamic competition theory as main frame to discuss the possibility of cooperative network and competitive network.
The study pick aviation industry which have high level of globalization, competition and cooperation as the object of study and collected airlines of Asia which before 25 big in 2015 and using UCINET6.0 to draw network diagram, it can be useful to understand cooperative network and competitive network. In conclusion, through the network analysis can build some brand new perspective of competition and cooperation then find the character of airlines which could have a role to play with the reality.
