本研究為了瞭解「我國社會企業與環境永續發展議題如何結合」,以深度訪談的研究方法,在個案上選取我國國內唯一從行銷、設計、研發、製造、銷售、服務,全面貫徹綠色品牌精神,並成為唯一通過「碳足跡標籤」及「碳中和」認證的中小企業廠商歐萊德(O'right)公司為個案。在訪談對象的規劃上,由於社會企業的成功必須由政府公部門規劃良善政策與制度、民間企業的推行意願,以及消費者對於永續經營相關議題的深切認知與相關產品實際消費,才能將供需及生產-消費結構鏈結,創造出「實際可行」且可長可久的營運模式,因此針對經銷商及顧客(消費者)進行訪談。
綜據相關文獻分析與訪談結果,本研究發現有下列四點:一、環境永續與企業責任可有效落實;二、環保綠能趨勢與政府政策補助需相互加持;三、社會企業發展需兼顧企業獲利與社會責任;四、多元行銷策略拓展社會企業利基。
In order to figure out what’s benefits of environmental stainable development issue for our social enterprises, this research conducting with in-depth interview to analyze a specific case-Taiwan O'right enterprise, one of the company that passed the government authentication for low-carbon foot-print and carbon neutrality. This company integrating all the manufacture pro-cedures and downstream industries to implement so-called “Green Products Spirit”, which can achieve the goal of low-carbon footprint from design( in-cluding Innovation and developing new formulations, material sourcing, ets.), production and warehousing storage( including logistic and delivery), and marketing. As for the questions of in-depth interview, we focus on following dimensions: what’s the benefits of environment stainable development for Taiwan social enterprises? How about the governmental regulations and counselling issue? How to marketing and promotion green products? How to balance the manufacturing costs and charity ideas(win-win solution).
This research concluded with the following 4 points: first, environ-mental stainable development issue and the idea of social enterprises can be attended simultaneously; secondly, Government should put more emphasize on policy supplement to meet eco-trendy; thirdly, benefits and CSR are the key ele-ments for social enterprises; and finally, multiple marketing can enhance the niche of social enterprises.
