    Abstract: 本研究主要目的探討消費者在購買網路商品時,商品的採購成本與虛擬程度,是否會影響網路商店的經營績效。研究發現消費者在網路上產品之採購成本會對廠商經營績效有顯著影響,產品虛擬程度對於廠商經營績效並不具有顯著的影響。不同產品類型對採購本成和虛擬程度皆有顯著影響,而產品採購成本和虛擬程度兩變數的交互作用效果對於廠商經營績效有顯著的影響。
