    Title: 社會資本與集團企業成員公司間資源交換及創新成效之分析

    Abstract: 有關社會資本與公司創新的研究,多在探討社會資本的各構面與組織績效或知識資本創造間的關係,仍缺乏對集團企業內組織成員所擁有之內部社會資本的發展及形成,與內部資源交換的關係,及該成員創新成效的影響之整體性分析。本研究以Nahapiet and Ghoshal(1998)所提出之「社會資本與智慧資本創造模式」的概念模式為基礎,建立一整合性分析模式,期能有利於集團企業內部創新能力的蓄積及發展。本研究以中華徵信所2008年版「台灣地區集團企業研究」所收錄之本國大型及中型集團企業為本研究之觀察樣本,採取問卷調查法蒐集所需之資料,並以結構方程模式驗證本研究所建構之模式。研究結果證實社會資本的形成過程中,社會互動會影響共同願景,而成員間的信任關係會受到社會互動及共同願景的影響,成員間之資源交換與結合則會受到社會互動與共同願景的影響,成員的創新成效則受到社會互動、共同願景及資源交換與結合的影響。
    This paper tried to present a model to explain the formation and development of social capital of a company within a Business Group, and the relationships among the different dimensions of social capital in terms of Nahapiet and Ghoshal's structural, relational, and cognitive and the relationships among social capital and resources exchange and innovation performance of the company. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data of 100 different Business Groups in Taiwan. It is found that intra group's social interaction、 common vision、 and trust facilitated the formation of social capital of the company of Business Group. The innovation performance of the company is influenced by the company's social capital and resource exchange among intra-group.
